DD on solo long run did good time considering no pacers, but did not overtake short leaders until Gresley Close. Record short time for 2019. Viv added Reddings Loop.

3 (fool)hardy runners out in monsoon conditions tonight – although the rain held off for the run! Lots of floods/puddles to avoid though. Definitely not an evening for record-breaking times.
