2 longs (30m30s), 1 hybrid, 2 shorts (28m40s for the one completing the regular course). Pleasantly warm. Paving work in Stonegate led to minor diversions or incursions into work site.

Only 2 on short with nobody on long. Pleasant warm evening. HC & NG running together with enough breath left to talk on the way.

Another very pleasant evening for a run. Lots of excuses today so just 2 on long, 1 on short and 1 on hybrid. Long: 30:11, short: 35:18.

Grey and a bit cooler, and got the run in while it was still dry. 2 on long (29:50), 1 on short (34:33) and 2 doing hybrids.

A record 10 out tonight on a glorious warm (too warm!) evening. One even travelling from Scotland! 3 on long (30:14), 4 on short (35:30) and 3 doing various combinations.

A lovely warm evening, so for a change we went off-road and did a long and short trail run. No comparative times today!

Weather was very unpromising but the rain cleared with impeccable timing leaving a dry run. 3 on short and 3 on long.

Another very pleasant evening and a good turn-out too – we had to split into sub-groups to stay within rule-of-6 guidelines. 3 on long, 3 on short and 2 on hybrid.
