Viv’s latest diet advice to athletes is “do NOT eat an Easter egg 15 minutes before going out for a run”

A lovely evening tonight, enticing 6 runners out including a first-timer – welcome!  Four completed the long course, with two taking the Hedley short-cut.

Three out this evening – perfect running conditions.  Two made the full long loop, in 42:43 – about 9 mins/mile.  Disappointingly, Humphries was too busy for a post-run drink – we were too impatient to queue!
