A cool but fine, calm evening. 2 on short and 3 on long.

Lots of excuses tonight so just 3 out – one on short (with extra Reddings loop!) and two on long. A bit wet, and rather squelchy underfoot.

3 (fool)hardy runners out in monsoon conditions tonight – although the rain held off for the run! Lots of floods/puddles to avoid though. Definitely not an evening for record-breaking times.

Four out on a warm, dry evening, and all suffering post-JK. 4 different routes too – one green long and another truncated long, one green short and one short with extra bits.

A mild, fine evening. Three on short and three on long, with respectable times all round.

Six out this evening on a dry, mild and clear evening. Just 2 on long and 4 starting on short.

Cold & wet this evening – persistent rain turning to snow while we recovered in the cafe. Despite the weather, two out on the short course (with an impressive time!) and three on the long.

The good news was it wasn’t raining tonight – instead there was a decent sprinkling of snow and just two hardy (or foolhardy?) runners turned up. Just the short course tonight on beautifully soft and quiet pavements.
