Close finish again for short and run circuits

Hedley (with a cold) ran a slow solo short – Viv is needed as a pacemaker.  David H did the full long.  Others did variations.

Very autumnal now, and very dark too!  Another dry run though. Two out on the long course, setting a record time.  One on short and one on a hybrid.

Another mild & fine autumn evening – getting dark earlier though! 2 out on long, 1 on short and 1 on a hybrid route.

A lovely autumnal evening – definitely getting darker quickly now.  1 on short, 3 on long and 1 doing a hybrid version.  Short time is estimated. Unusually, we had a cheerleader half way round tonight!

Short run unchanged from previous week.  Long run consists of more but shorter loops off the “core” short route.  Resulted in no fewer than 4 short/long encounters en route and an almost simultaneous finish.

First trial of slightly modified routes.  Longs just caught up with shorts before the 2nd split.  Further tweaking possible.
