A slower start for the Longs without Dan. Viv left the two men trailing on the Short and delivered a 29 minute time.

A mild, fine evening. Three on short and three on long, with respectable times all round.

No Hodsons, so just 3 on the short and one on the long. Long time was a 2019 best. Short runners decided to chat so had a more leisurely run.

Slower runs tonight, though a notable first for the short runners – overtaking a pack of Garden City Runners on their Tuesday run.
