Welwyn & St Albans Running

Another good night for running.  DD’s hip lasted the course.

Half circuit from Viv.  Others as normal.

Closer running between long and short. DD on long just managed to overtake HC on short before the end, but DH a bit further behind (though still fast time)

Good time on Long for the two Davids in spite of DD still suffering mystery illness.  Shorts ran all the way, but gently!

5 runners with Hodsons in the majority.  Roger running too fast for the other shorties, so did the Frampton variation.

After a week off due to roads far too snowy and icy to run on, 4 runners tonight – 3 on long, and 1 on a mix-and-match hybrid.

Only 3 of us, each doing different lengths, but record times for both the Long and Short courses since the routes were modified in September 2017.

Dead heat for the long and short runs.  Man and wife too!

Dry and mild again.  5 stalwarts with drinks afterwards.  Times edging a bit slower!

2 on long and 2 on short.  Great conditions for running, unlike the previous week.
